Ava Welman’s journey in the blue jacket has been nothing short of legendary. Having served as Freshman VP, Chapter Secretary, and a two-term Vice President, Ava has been a driving force of leadership in our chapter.

A National Stage: Ava’s standout memory was representing the entire state of Wisconsin at the National FFA Convention in Equine Judging. "That experience reflected all the hard work and dedication that led up to that moment," she shares. "It was an honor to represent my state and push myself to grow on a national level."

Beyond the Blue Jacket: From public speaking to professional networking, Ava credits FFA with shaping her work ethic and career goals. She’s learned to think on her feet and lead with confidence—skills that will undoubtedly lead to her success in the industry.
